Delivery

For all orders, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for delivery. Your order will be delivered via Australia Post. Delivery times from the time of order are:

  • 4-7 business days Australia- wide including capital cities, suburbs and most regional areas
  • 7-10 business days for regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us. You can track your order’s progress anytime online at http://auspost.com.au/track . If your order has not been delivered within this time period, please contact Australia Post, quoting the tracking number supplied to you in your confirmation email.

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.  This address can be a private address, work address (please include full business name, receiver’s name and other relevant details) or PO Box.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your order will be forwarded to your local post office for collection. Alternatively, please leave delivery instructions at checkout if you wish for your order to be left unattended.

If there is a problem with your online order, whether it is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please include as much detail as possible and your order number so that we may assist you.
