HOW LONG DOES MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Within Australia, delivery will take approximately 4-7 business days. For regional areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Yes, once your order is despatched, you can track it at anytime via http://auspost.com.au/track/  On the day your order is despatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post.

You should receive your order within 4-7 business days within Australia (up to 7-10 days for regional areas). If your order has not been delivered within this time, please contact Australia Post, quoting the tracking number supplied to you in your confirmation email. The progress of your order can be tracked anytime online at http://auspost.com.au/track/

A signature will be required on delivery so please make sure you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, your order will be forwarded to your local post office for collection. Alternatively, please leave delivery instructions at checkout if you wish for your order to be left unattended.  

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For all orders, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for delivery.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHOM DO I CONTACT?

If there is a problem with your pyjamaroo online order, please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please include as much detail as possible and your order number so we can investigate promptly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Pyjamaroo’s promise: if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding any postage and gift wrapping costs). All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn (except for the purpose of trying on) and with swing tags still attached, together with the original receipt.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS I’VE PURCHASED ONLINE?

Simply complete the returns form which came with your delivery and send the item(s) back to:

Make sure your name, address, phone number, email address and instructions are included on the returns form. We would also appreciate any comments that you would like to add.

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as pyjamaroo does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PURCHASES DON’T FIT?

We have a flexible Returns Policy to make online shopping easy and convenient. If you wish to return an item we will offer a refund or exchange provided you return it within 30 days from the date you receive it, unworn and in its original condition with swing tags still attached, together with the original receipt.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Provided the conditions in our refund and exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else from our online store.

Please return the item(s) as instructed above and mark on the returns form which alternative item(s) you would like us to send in their place. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges. In the case of goods exchanged because the original item(s) were faulty when they reached you or were not the items you ordered, delivery costs will not be charged when we send your replacement item(s).

IS IT TOO LATE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact pyjamaroo either by phone at (03) 9399 9418 (please remember to have your order number ready) or by an email to our customer service department at customerservice@pyjamaroo.com.au
